Become United
Systemic barriers have kept racially minoritised communities in Greater Manchester away from nature. Through culturally rooted outdoor programmes, Become United is helping historically excluded communities connect with nature, boost wellbeing, and thrive.
Flourish Mentors
Young women in England face mental health challenges at twice the rate of young men. Through co-created mentoring and youth-led wellbeing programmes, Flourish Mentors is helping care-experienced, neurodiverse, and isolated young women build resilience and confidence.
FazAmnesty
Fear and peer pressure – not just criminality – drive knife possession and violence in the UK. Through anonymous weapon surrender services, community patrols, and trusted partnerships with police, Fazamnesty is removing weapons from circulation and bridging the gap between communities and law enforcement.
