New faces at The Funding Network!
We are delighted to welcome three new faces to The Funding Network's staff team and the Board of Trustees.
Christina Chambers has recently joined the Board. Christina is a trainee solicitor at Mishcon de Reya LLP and says of her new position: “I got involved with TFN purely by chance at one of their fundraising events and was blown away by both the fledgling charities who were pitching, and the generosity of TFN members. I jumped at the opportunity to be a trustee for TFN, and I am looking forward to contributing even in some small way that can help bring the vision of these charities to life.”
Rosanna Hutchings joined the TFN team this week, bringing charity sector experience from a project that was previously funded by TFN (the Literacy Pirates, formerly known as Hackney Pirates)! Rosanna is passionate about volunteering and working in her local community. As the new Events and Communications Manager she is keen to encourage as many members and TFN contacts to connect online, so please find us on social media.
Julia Smith joined TFN earlier this month as the new Membership Manager. Having previously worked in a non-profit membership organisation, Julia hopes to provide dedicated support to TFN members and will be reaching out over the coming weeks to gain insight into our members’ experiences. In the meantime, if you have any qualms or queries please get in touch with her here.
