Hubbub in new partnership with John Lewis
TFN-funded environmental charity Hubbub has launched a new partnership with John Lewis which will provide £1m in funding to "support trailblazing ideas and innovations that can accelerate the transition towards a more circular economy".
In 2017, TFN and the Environmental Funders Network supported Hubbub to raise £20,000 towards their Community Fridge project, which cut food waste and made fresh food available to communities around the UK. Founded in 2014, Hubbub takes a positive, playful approach to campaigns and brings environmental activism into the mainstream.
The Circular Future Fund will offer grants of £150,000 - £300,000 to projects working in the areas of food, textiles, household products, technology and services. Hubbub will also be offering a year of support to grantees to ensure their projects are a success. If you'd like to find out more or apply to the fund, you can read about it here.
