SONAL SHENAI
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

I started my career in management consulting for the public sector at PA Consulting and then moved on to strategic planning within consumer publishing, first at Random House and then at HarperCollins Publishers.  I’ve also done various bits of volunteering, first at university as a Special Needs assistant at a primary school, on a reading scheme at a London primary school and as a mentor to an adolescent since 2003 through the London charity Friends United Network, which has received funding from TFN.  I’m also a Governor at a community special school in Tottenham (Moselle School).  Eventually I decided to pursue a career in the voluntary sector and was thrilled to be appointed as TFN’s first Executive Director! 

I have an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University. I live in North London with my husband and two young children.
