We support many Human Rights projects, but here is one of our success stories:

Reprieve

Reprieve uses the law to enforce the human rights of prisoners, from death row to Guantánamo Bay.

TFN’s grant enabled Reprieve to complete inputting functions and work with volunteer researchers for 3 months stocking the database with Reprieve’s research. The database now contains 307 profiles detailing captures of prisoners, 327 transfers of prisoners between facilities and 1,629 profiles of ghost prisoners. The integrative nature of the database provided a unique opportunity to identify links between flights, prisons and prisoners, assisting Reprieve’s investigations on behalf of clients.
